Getting the Help You Deserve

Excited to assist you through your re-entry journey

We’re Glad You’re Here!

Welcome to the Supportive Reentry Network Collaborative!

Let's work together for a better and healthier future!

We are a group of people who want to give you good help. Our partners are here to assist you with the things you need to be part of the community again. This guide talks about what the SRNC can do for you, like what things are covered and how to get them.

As someone in the SRNC, the Reentry Navigators can help you pick an Illinois health insurance plan. They help you make a plan for services to help you get even better and they can also help you do things to keep you healthy, like getting checked for health-related problems before they get worse. We're always trying to be better, and we really want to know what you think. Your thoughts are important to us. If you have ideas, problems, or things you want to say, tell us. We're in this together to make things better.
